Naomi Takeuchi Becomes a Licensed Consultant with the
Standards for Excellence Institute
Baltimore, MD (May 24, 2006) - Naomi Takeuchi, President of 1000 Cranes Business Consulting, completed the first Standards for Excellence Institute training to become a licensed consultant. "It was a privilege to be one of the first consultants chosen to become licensed to work with the Standards for Excellence Institute materials," explains Takeuchi. "Nonprofits are facing much tighter scrutiny from funding organizations and greater competition. The Standards for Excellence Program, an overall program providing guidance in management effectiveness through a code book of guiding principles focused on accountability, provides greater visibility to nonprofits who have chosen to operate efficiently and ethically. The Standards for Excellence Codebook, Clinics as well as its Certification process are good ways for nonprofits to evaluate their internal processes to ensure a high level of integrity."
