Naomi Takeuchi Accepted into the National Speakers Association

Durham, NC (November 2, 2005) - As one of the few Asian American women entering the professional speakers circuit, on November 2, 2005, Naomi Takeuchi was accepted into the National Speakers Association. Naomi Takeuchi is a strategic planning and leadership consultant assisting organizations through thoughtful business planning, effective communication and time management. After earning her BA in Genetics and Microbiology from UC Berkeley and her Executive MBA from UNC Chapel Hill, Naomi has worked in key roles for the last 18 years advising senior staff members in large organizations such as Genentech, Inc., Stanford University and Cisco Systems, Inc. Serving as a lecturer for the Duke Certificate Program in Nonprofit Management since 2002, Naomi founded 1000 Cranes Business Consulting to assist nonprofit organizations and small companies in becoming more effective enterprises. Membership in the National Speakers Association is the first step in the development of new speaking services and products using the 1000 Cranes brand.
