Learn to use well-developed strategic planning tools to create a framework for your organization that incorporates your original vision, considers future directions, and revitalizes your organization.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand how your vision, mission, goals and values are integral to your strategic plan.
  • Understand the difference between a strategic plan and a business plan.
  • Utilize a variety of tools to evaluate your organization. Tools include the SWOT analysis, BCG Matrix, Strategy Canvas and the Performance vs. Importance Matrix.
  • Integrate the strategic tools to create the framework for writing your strategic plan.

How the Presentation is Delivered

The presentation is delivered in a two-day format. Each day will follow the following approximate format:

1:00pm - 4:00pm
Afternoon Session
4:00pm - 4:30pm

Each class is $395.00 for two full days of instruction which includes meals (continental breakfast & lunch), materials binder and Certificate of Completion.

Refund Policy:
A full refund can be received one week prior to the start of class. Cancellation notification within one week of the start of class will incur a processing fee of $50.00. In lieu of the $50.00 processing fee, the student also has the option to receive full credit toward a future class to be used within six months from the original scheduled class date.
